Born into visual thinking, Ella Uzan began her creative path by sketching imagined worlds before discovering photography as a way to translate inner visions into tangible images. What began as observation gradually shifted into world-building.

Working across image, video, and artificial intelligence, Uzan operates at the intersection of emotion and technology. Her practice moves beyond documenting reality and toward constructing alternative ones. In her work, images are not records of what was, but propositions of what could have existed.

Each body of work functions as a form of research. Memory, identity, desire, and the fragile boundary between the human and the programmed are explored through cinematic language, surreal composition, and precise aesthetic control.

Uzan’s works have been exhibited internationally, featured in selected publications, and acquired as limited editions. Her visual language has also entered the commercial sphere through collaborations with global brands including Nike, Dove, Meta, and H&M.

Alongside her artistic practice, Uzan is a leading lecturer and consultant in the field of AI and creative technology. She works with institutions and organizations such as the Weizmann Institute, Google, Microsoft, Fiverr, and Lightricks, exploring how emerging technologies reshape imagination, authorship, and perception.

Across mediums and contexts, her work consistently returns to the same question: how technology can act not as a replacement for human intuition,
but as a mirror for it.
